Damage Deposit per Unit
*ATV Deposit $1500.00
* UTV Deposit $3000.00
​* Insurance per day $40.00
Major Credit Card for all deposits.
If there are damages, deposit will be taken until damage quote is complete.
Requirements
* Drivers must be 21 years old with a Valid Drivers License
*Passengers under 18 years old must have minor waiver form signed be parent or legal guardian.
*ATV passengers minimum age of 7 years old
*UTV passengers minimum age of 2 years old
* Children between 2-4 must be in a car seat or booster seat.​​
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made 49-72 hours before rental period will receive 50% of refund. Cancellations made before 72 hours will receive full refund.
All Adventure Rentals reserves the right to terminate this rental agreement at anytime, even after the rental period begins, for any cause.
